The first time I had this dish I was in college and a few of us were doing P90X together and also on the P90X diet (sortof). This recipe worked with the things we were supposed
to be eating and Lucas told us not to nock it till we tried it. Well needless to say it was a hit and long after P90X has had its day and said diet was over this recipe has lived on as a favorite!
Its is all about the sauce really, it’s incredible. And with only 3 ingredients, peanut butter, plain yogurt and canned chipolte peppers its easy to make and good for you! You absolutely must try it. Then add the chicken and peppers and onions, oh my!
